It is advisable to make your reservations for all tours prior to your arrival as many tours book up in advance. If your plans change, we offer a full refund when your cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled activity (some restrictions may apply). We do not charge a fee to change reservations. How will I get my tickets?

Once your reservations are confirmed and paid in full you will receive your vouchers/tickets via email. If you are already on island and do not have access to a computer we will fax them to your resort. If you are staying at a condo and do not have access to a computer or fax we will be able to fax the voucher directly to the tour operator.

What if I lose my ticket?

If you lose your ticket, please call us at 877-747-7702 and we will send a replacement to you at no charge.

What if I want to cancel?

We DO NOT charge a cancellation fee. We offer a full refund for any activity as long as you notify us within the cancellation period. Most activities have a 48 hour cancellation period meaning that you will have to advise us of the cancellation at least 48 hour prior to the start of the activity. There are a few tour providers that require a 72 hour cancellation period, if this is the case it will be noted on your voucher. Please note: large groups may be subject to a longer cancellation period, if so you will be notified of this at the time of booking. Due to airline restrictions, those activities that include inter-island airfare are non-refundable once booked.

When should I make my reservations?

We suggest booking your tours as soon as you have booked your hotel or airline tickets. Some of the more popular activities sell out in advance so it is advisable to reserve your space prior to arrival. If your plans change for any reason, you may cancel without penalty or cancellation fees as long as you are within the cancellation period of 48-72 hours. (see cancellation information above).

What if I want to reschedule my activity to another day?

The reschedule period is the same as the cancellation period, you will need to notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled activity (72 hours or more in some cases) of your wish to reschedule. Tours that include inter-island airfare cannot be changed once booked.

How do I pay for my tickets?

If you make a reservation over the phone, we will obtain your credit card information at that time. If you reserve online your credit card information will be securely stored and your tours will be confirmed based on availability. We do not accept personal checks but if you would like to mail in a money order or cashier's check you may do so as long as it is mailed to us no later than three weeks prior to your departure.

How do I get directions to the activities that I have booked?

Once your reservation is paid in full, your vouchers along with directions will be emailed to you. We will make sure that all activities you book with us will fit into your schedule. We will take into account the location or your resort or condo, drive times and traffic.

Are taxes included?

Tax is not included in the rate shown on the site. Taxes vary for each activity. All activities charge 4.166% Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712% for Oahu). Some water related activities charge an additional 2% - 3% for Harbor Fees and additinal fuel charges. Helicopter tours charge an additional fuel surcharge/airport fee.
