DESCRIPTION

Surf lessons start with a 20-minute land lesson where you will learn proper paddling technique, turning the surfboard, maneuvering over waves and positioning to stand up and ride your first wave. You will also learn proper water safety and etiquette.

RESTRICTIONS

• Participants must have the physical ability to swim and in good physical condition
• Not recommended for pregnant women
• Children must be at least 5 years old.
• Children under the age of 14 must be booked as a private lesson
